Q on Canopic Jar Vial o.t Sands recipe drop - requires Alchemy skill?

I was wondering because I am about to craft my first Vial, in order for the recipe to drop in canopic jars, do you have to have the alchemy skill on the 400+ it requires to Craft that item? Or is it regardless of your alchemy skill?

You need Alchemy 500 or 525, i cant remember which one, but most likely its 525.
Farmed the recipe with all of my alchemists, but everyone was 525 or above when i started farming it.

for safety reasons or did you -or anyone- farm it below 525?

I am pretty sure I got it back in cata when I had about 400 in alchemy not 100% sure though.
