How does one generate store mount keys?

Scammers buying gametime, expansion and mount codes from the chinese resellers here on the forum in bulk for 0.5-1$ each. Then "sell" them ingame to the silly players, who are not aware of the scam.
No actual chargeback/refund or anything like that is performed on their end. They just get codes, which are active till the end of the day.

They are just carded codes, you will see if you have redeemed any you will get an email saying about it being reversed.
