From the patch notes:

Reins of the Thundering Ruby Cloud Serpent no longer has a reputation requirement with The August Celestials to learn.

What does this mean? Well, since it no longer requires Exalted with an old rep, it will probably be a lot easier to sell, as people won't have to grind the rep out. I recommend farming enough skyshards for at least one mount and selling it when 6.2.2 hits!
