Flying already in Draenor!^^ what is this?

So here you see how my toon already flies. There was the same rocket lying on the ground that usually flies you up to Kil Throne, which you can not fly around with yourself. But with this one you could. It was interactable with the usual cogwheel, not the gripping hand icon. Flyable like any other flying mount, with a 60sec timer.

Smells like a TCG fun item

Any clarification? Pressing spacebar made a loop
