what way to toggle off pvp in open-world arena?

Like Gurubashi for example, how to possibly enter it, or already be in it, with pvp toggled off? Recently a nice topic was posted in exploit section how this works in arena. How could one translate this to open-world pvp such as Gurubashi?

To receive a summon would currently be the only way I could think of. But when it works only in arena, how to be summoned out of arena? Wasnt queing for arena not a thing with 2 people in group max and not in a raid?

yes but wouldnt that interfer with even being able to get into the arena? would require 3 people in the party. two to join arena, 1 wl at gurubashi. but can you queue with 2+ people for arena? or can you solo-queue for skirmishes while being in a raid/greater group? I have not even tried this yet, will try later

I think you just do it with the summon prompt not the arena queue
