Best Dungeons to Grind Main Faction Rep?

Title pretty much explains it, but I'm trying to figure out the best dungeons to grind for main faction reputation. I've tried out a few like Stockades, which work well, but I wondered if there was better. Thanks

The Halls of Lightning near Ulduar seem to be the fastest, a little less than 3k rep per run without buffs. Don't have to do Heroic for your last run or anything, as they both difficulties give the same amount of rep, tried it out myself.
