Does blizzard even ban hackzors?

A guy who happens to be best friends with this other guy I do business with majorly screwed me over, scammed 2 TCG mounts off me. Blizz cant do anything because ''unsupported transaction''

So im pissed, and yeah revenge is a bitch.

I just don't want him to get banned permanently, cuz his friend will get pissed hard and I do business with him. I only want the ahole to be banned enough where he knows not to double cross me anymore

I know he was flyhacking because he did it right infront of my face. Would that permaban him though

Blizz will ban him, but not due to report "He scammed me, because I'm stupid".

I tried that already but he doesn't want to be a part of it , says its between him(the scammer) and me

I don't wish for him to get permabanned though lol
