There is a site i sold an account to, and they gave me the money and all that.. but then it got blocked by blizzard because the guy i scammed have reported it, now the site has told me that they want to refund the money or they will freeze my paypal and talk with something called: debt company..!

im afraid man! what shall i do? they have told me that i have a week to pay back or they will contact the debt and freeze my paypal. :S

I'd have to look at the law books, especially the ones for both your country and the websites, but they could be sued for Fraud in the US/UK depending on how you word the claim. Then again you are ****ed because you scammed the account, which is once again a crime depending on your country. I recommend you pay them back, then have someone at a site like ihack.co.uk ruin the company >

Pay them back .. the 'debt company' is a service that helps other ppl to get paid , if u understand.. So i guess they don't going to do anything else than trying to get the other dude's money back. But i would not mess around with the debt company So pay back , But just in case its some1 trying to trick u .. just send an email to pay pal's service blabla.. do not send a reply to the same email that wrote all this , imo..

I wonder why Blizzard says 'Don't trade/sell accounts'...
Oh yea, its because of these situations lol, I almost forogot why such things were invented...

Plus Paypal doesn't have much authority with virtual items, did they actully recieve it then it was blocked? Or was it blocked before they got it i wonder?

Plus because Blizzard account selling is illegal they can't do anything because they're breaking the rules just as much as you were :P They can't say to Blizzard 'We paid x for an account be it was blocked because it was scammed', they would be in trouble

No they cant, if you put in real info they'll call your house just say "Hello I am recording the following conversation and sending the tape to FTC" "once recording be like "i ask you to never call again then hang up" and if they do, do the exact same thing and then really send it to FTC because if they do call again is truly Illegal.But really they cant do anything paypal sides with you cause its a non-real life item also paypal is a middleman for internet trading so even if they do side with them take the money off paypal and the cant do anything but freeze you paypal account when they call just say the same thing as above

BTW FTC is federal trade comission
warning debt collecters know how to make you pay thats how the stay in bussiness Do Not listen just be like ya ok no dont listen just record and make sure you get there premission to record otherwise it cannot be used as evidence.
Might need to edit this abit depending on your laws even if isnt legal/illegal just say it is/isnt but be firm and assertive
