Need help, guy opened a "Clam" but i have lots of evidence

Hey guys, so i did a 4m trade for 56$ today, everything went smooth he went first and such, until now that i realise he had opened a clam against me.

I got him to write "I love the product and will never charge back" in the message, so this should be easy to win, right?

if you have any tips on how to win this one? and what option i should pick:


"I can provide only tracking information"

or: "i can upload a fax proof that the item was shipped"

pick fax proof, then select the option to send a message to paypal (you won't need a fax actually) and explain them the situation.

It's not an autowin just because you have that message (that is pretty strange actually.)

It could be an unauthorized access, like someone who stole a paypal account.

So you will need to explain things carefully and give them proofs.

Today i sold this buyer virtual goods through Paypal, everything went smooth, i got my payment and he got his goods.
I can prove that he did get the items as promised, and in this reply i will show you evidence that this transaction went flawless,
until he putted up a so called "Clam"

in his payment note he wrote kindly "I love this product and will not chargeback"
