The part that is sad about all this, is that whoever bought the account, probably put the expansion on it and started leveling it. When you *or your brother* sold the account, you also gave up your ID, as no one will buy an account without proof of ID, for exactly this reason. That ID proves who the seller is. So really, you're trying to scam, you realize that you made a contract sold the item, attempted to scam the person and realized you will be going to court over all this. You probably even thought to yourself something along the lines that the time has passed for a dispute. It's not. In fact, a dispute in some cases can happen upto 2 years later. So give the account back, and take your loss. If you know what you're doing, you can still go back and quickly level a new character on a new account.
About court costs: not sure if this is the case in all countries, but usually, when we're talking about civil law, whoever loses must pay the cost (calculated by the court) of the other attorney.
Let's say A sues B.
A has a lawyer.
B needs to hire one.
Whoever loses, must pay whatever is in dispute + lawyer fees.
Sometimes, lawyers charge more than what the court ruled, sometimes they'll settle for that.
So, yeah, if it goes to court, it'll cost a lot more than 90 bucks. Hell, even the first hour with an OK lawyer would cost more than that.
If you win, you can return your account back or send $90, that's great, but I doubt.
"By brother sold my account without any permission" I stopped reading right after that, in other words after the first sentence. If you wanted your account you should not have sold it. I hope the person who payed for it keeps the account.
Why would your brother ever sell the acc and recieve the cash on your pp acc? I think you are your brother... Hope you loose both the acc and cash in that case.

To ignore all this conscience shit, I'm sure you are lying and just want to know how to scam someone.
You can easily get it back by messaging Blizzard, but it would be bad karma and I am not going to help you.
Am I not destroying my enemies
when I make friends of them?
LOL what a load of BS.
Are you the Original Owner and can you verify yourself to be it? Then it is your account. Regardless if you "sell it" and "how often you sell it". For example you can sell your wow account and then take it back by contacting the Customer Support saying it was stolen. They will not ask, they give it back to you.
But would you Want to do this, knowing that you legitimatelly have sold it? That would be the next question that your mind will run up against our social belief system, saying that once you have sold something you "cant" take it back, because it would be theft.
But in essence, can things really be stolen when all is one? When there is one source creating it all? Obviously there is no such thing as stealing.
Stealing only happens when we have the illusion of something belongs to me. So in essence, I "steal" 1million dollars in that way, does it mean it is stolen back from me at one point? There are people who believe it is. But what happens if I myself form the strong belief that I myself am able to do so and that no one will catch me and that everything else is fine, lovingly and perfect in my life? I guarentee you that all circumstances will arange themselves to be as such.
99,9% of all individuals caught or handing themselves over to the government in this way, had not formed their own beliefs properly. Resulting in how we (just the same humans as you are) formed a belief system more people buy in. So you have the "illusion" of it being more "powerful" because you feel the energetic difference to your own belief, saying it otherwise. So it creates a sense of a battle of belief-systems. And you can only lose it, if you go out of yourself and lose that belief / trade it for yet another belief (rofl I know) that your belief is somehow less powerful than the ones of "the government".
"The government" consists of people, like you. Dreaming another reality in which they impose themselves over others, saying they have more power. But in essence this is completely laughable: Each and every individual has the same amount of power, as a birthright. It's only a matter of "What do I do with it?" - Do I manipulate others and force my will upon them? Then this means I am very weak. Do I not care what others belief and hold an inner willingness for EVERYTHING to turn out in an uppermost benefial way for me? Then this is the case.
You choose.
I will make a thread about it. Which is now here. (What is possible, what is not. In RL and in WoW: How you handle policies effectively)

Sounds to me like the OP is a liar and he sold his account and wants it back to sell again. I'd say cut your loses and just make a new account, is not really worth going to court over especially when you need the money for McDonald's.
Eventhough it's rather an old topic, OP's arrogance baffles me. What I mean is that OP didn't mind random (presuming he "didn't know" the account was sold) money coming in on his PayPal account and never questioned it. Fishy as f*ck![]()
