Cheapest gametime?

I'm just getting back into the game and was curious as to what is the cheapest approach to getting gametime. I've noticed that not many time cards/codes are being sold anymore at a discount from the Blizzard store for whatever reason. Can you no longer get gametime for about 10 USD?

I dont think you can get with 10USD anymore but g2a.com has also cheaper gametime than blizzards.
