Lost a great account. "hacked" myself. Worked the first time. Didnt work the second time. Perma banned, appeal didnt work.

Appeal runs through a key word scanner before human appeal. And most of that is still automated; only certain flags are completely human checked, unless Blizz has seriously updated their account recovery protocol. It's why sephiroth is so successful. :P
