It's real, and easy to do..

Do the trick where you get your hands to glow the color of a spell that you were casting (blizzard was used here), and you can run around with glowy hands

Cast frostbolt (any rank)

Tadah, the effect disappears in one hand

As for the icon, an easy copy and paste or just some glitch (almost postive it's just copy and paste) in ice barrier

ok shaljin, dont fear the inernet, not every single link out there is a keylogger... viewing an image will NOT give you any kind of trojan or keylogger unless you havent used windows update in like... a year....


the image tho... they coulda edited the buff icon at the top to look like the cold blood icon.... and the glowing hand... could just be some bug like any of the glowing hands bugs... thats all I can think of

if its imageshack you can trust it. And if its an image you can "usually" trust it if you use firefox
