Possible ban for TCG in wow?

Hi. So long story short goes like this. Back when I had account I bought online from amazon Fel Drake. I redeemed it on account and sold. After I bought new account, last user wants me to have my old account because he is no longer playing. On my new account I already leveled char to 100, got all vanity and stuff compared to old one, but on old I got Fel Drake. I didn't want to pay for char transfer between accounts due to specific stuff. I contacted blizzard and said I cannot redeem TCG in game and they mailed it to US (because I know it's impossible for me to get transfered TCG to my new account from old, blizz doesn't do that). If they find out it's already been redeemed on my old account and I'm trying to get it back, will I be banned like perma or 72 hrs or something? I also made new ticket saying that everything is fine that I refunded card and they said that they "mailed US staff about that info that card is already redeemed" sort of. So any opinions? Thanks

Okay so I nearly didn't understand any of this. But here is what I understood:

1. You sold your old account with the fel drake on it.
2. You want it back, but got an account that's better, but still want the fel drake.
3. You asked if you could get the fel drake on your new account? But the TCG code has already been redeemed, so there is no way around.

What you got to do is buy a new mount. The mount is bound to the old battle.net account, so even if you move your character, it will not transfer the mount. And since you can't merge two battle.net accounts, then buying a new fel drake is the only answer.

1. I sold old account and I redeemed fel drake on it
2. Bought new account but owner who I sold to wants me to have my old account back because he isn't playing
3. I posted ticket to blizzard on my new account that my code isn't working (because it's redeemed on my old account and they forwarded email to US)
4. If they find out I already redeemed it on my old account, will I get banned on my new account for "trying to scam blizzard"?

Yup, but if you havent logged onto the new account lately, there is no reason for them to suspect its yours, unless it shares names etc.

If it ****s up, just claim you forgot to claimed it on your old account or whatver.

Sadly, my old account is on same name as my new account but it isn't active since I sold it (was active for few days a year ago almost). But I already made ticket with info explaining I refunded card for money and the problem is solved (they told me they forwarded email to US once again with all info about TCG I provided and that issue is solved, so they said), so I hope that settles it. If not I will just say I forgot I claimed it or whatever or lie smthing idk. Thanks for help.
