How do people check if there is gold on demand?

So yesterday I came across something funny. I had 2 buyers and both wanted the exact same amount on that server. So there can be online 2 possible explanations for this:

1. They are the same company
2. There is some sort of list where you can see how much gold people want on a certain server

How they do that? Is it some sort of secret?

The chinese have a whatsapp group and they just decide what the prices are for the day . JK. They have a website that they check demand and crap, but they wont give it to you because its a 'Business secret' as one of them told me.

yeah it does, the more demand, the higher the price. But they have a secret website wer they sell their gold.
