Using two accounts to queue a dps into a heroic, how?

Currently have two accounts, one with a DK and the other with my dps char. For a long while I used to invite whatever DPS I wanted to skip heroic/lfr queue times to a party with my tank, get instant queued in, leave on the DK and continue doing the heroic with my DPS. As of very recently whenever I leave party on my DK both chars get kicked out, presumably because theyre partied together, and both get dungeon deserter.

Is there a way around this?
Does anyone know a /command to leave a party while inside an instance to see if that works?

You have to stay until 1st boss is dead or for a period of time at least. Only way I know of to circumvent it

they implemented this a while ago now.

it stops people from selling que's without actually doing the instance.

dont be selfish que up as normal like everyone else or form a group yourself from general chat.
