Dear Blizzard,

Good day... As I was coming home after a 12 hour shift, I try logging in and I get a message saying I was banned. When I checked my emails the details really bothered me. It is saying that I got banned due to some automated process or what not. I have no idea what that email is trying to say. I gather that it means I was trying to hack the game in some way. Something I would never do considering the money and effort I have put in all these years. All my gear, my wardrobe and my Blizzcon ticket stubs are proof enough to show how much of a passionate and dedicated fan I am of World of Warcraft.

Ever since I first logged in the game, I was consumed right away with the immersion of this world you guys have created. Admitedly, I get lost in it sometimes forgetting about the harsh realities that life has waiting for me when I log off. When my dog "PLUTO" passed away last year, it was World of Warcraft that got me through the pain and agony. The people that I have made a connection with online is second to none. Saying that I would jeopordize that type of relationship by trying to CHEAT is very insulting and quite frankly im tearing up a bit talking about it. You have no idea what this game means to me.

Is it possible that I was hacked? I never noticed anything missing from my inventory in the past. However I did remove my anti virus because well I honestly have an older PC and it was slowing things down for me in game. But all my music is purchased through iTunes and I dont watch adult content on my PC. So im just not sure.

Please help me understand whats going on but most of all please help me get back online so I can continue being a humble and dedicated fan of everything you guys do. I am asking for your help... No, I am BEGGING for you to please just review this again or something and help me put an end to this nightmare. I feel lost because I just dont cheat. im not that kind of person. Everything I own, which isn't much, has been purchased by hard work and tears. LITERALLY I have sat there and cried out of frustration sometimes... Thanks again for everything.
