How long does it take you to organize a WoW session with friends?

Out of curiosity, how long does it take you guys to arrange an online WoW session with your friends?...through either calling, texting, facebook-ing or whatsapp-ing them back and forth until coming up with a time that works for everyone?

I started working on a more efficient solution about a year ago which has recently materialized into a mobile app called Uwana.

If you get a chance to try it out, let me know what you think of it..pros/cons..suggestions for improvement.

I use Skype as well. A simple "you want to play some Destiny?" works.

Meaning the people who you usually game online with.

it really depends on the person. One buddy we are ready and playing in 10 minutes. Another it takes him an hour before he is situated every freaking time

What I mean is, say its Sat morning and you feel like playing around noon. How long does it take you to contact them and see if they wanna play and around what time.

i would usually know in advance when my mates are all going to play.

if nothing is organised i just hop on vent and who ever is playing is always usually sitting in vent.

None of my friends play WoW but if it's some other online game I just ask in the skype conversation we have that includes all of my real life friends. Using skype groups makes it really easy to do this sort of thing.
