Is there any bug or exploit or anything that should be worth of keeping junkboxes? I have like 3 tabs of guild space used with those maybe I can exploit it somehow ?

I can't think any use for "exploit" those.
Just open them.

Method 1: Find a rogue to open them for you.
Method 2: Get Blacksmithing and make Ghostly Skeletal Keys to open them.
Profit.
