CM Gold boost scam
Basically they invited me to their party and summoned me, called me on skype and were talking english and some other language "while it didn't concern me". When i traded the gold they left the party and dungeon and removed me from the skype call.
So i'm wondering what are my chances to get the gold back? I mean I got nothing in return, it was obviously not a gift so it's still mine right? They can check the logs too see whom i traded and wherever he traded too right?

Blizzard will check your chat logs, if you were promised CM's for gold they will return your gold. However, if you had the conversation skype you won't get it back because there is no proof that anyone did anything wrong.

Well it doesn't say much in chat, he asked me to add him on skype but i asked if i could pay in gold, he said yes so I added him. They called me on skype and talked their language for a bit then english, they summoned me and he traded me 1 Invisibility pot and I traded the gold. Then they all left

I'm assuming you paid a pretty hefty sum for the run, obviously more than the cost of an invisi pot. Even if the chat logs don't specifically say what the gold was for, Id still go ahead and toss a message to a GM. Explain the situation and hope you get one that's pretty decent.
Case would be even better in your favor if the scammers posted about the Gold runs in trade chat prior to you contacting them in the first place. If trade chat shows they were selling gold runs, and you traded them gold, and got no challenge run achievement, chances are good you'll get something back. Never hurts to try at least.

Gms are pretty nice these days(at least to me). So if you just talk to one through live chat and joke around with them they will probably give you it back

Never trade first, shame it happened to you, just shows how far you can go to trust people these days. We usually take 10k after each dungeon so everyone feels assured, if anyone asks you to pay upfront, with paying after each is not an option it could very well be a scam as you found out

This is exactly what happened, he was selling all kinds of boosts in trade chat, I was thinkin of the CM boost so I asked him, he told me to add him on skype. I asked if I could pay in gold, he said yes. Then I added him on skype, wich i have screenshots of, don't know if they will help me tho.
@IAMSAD Thank you will definintely try.
@Zeth Yes I realize that now, I was stupid to trade the whole amount of gold right away. It was my first boost, didn't really know how it worked.

Why would you even pay the full amount for a CM boost if they have no previous feedback or are from a well-known guild on the server with good reputation?
Just pay 1/9 of the gold per instance... If they refuse it's obviously a scam.

You didn't say anything in game, so they probably won't help you.
Sucks.

How much did you pay and what server are you on?

This. Does not matter if you have to pay 1/9 before the 1st instance or after the first instance.
