TSM Sniping?

Can someone please explain how this works? I literally found out about this like a few minutes ago and i went to sniper options and wrote in on below custom price "10% min(wowuctionmarket, wowuctionregionmarket)" clicked off Below Vendor Sell price and have Below Max Price on and started scanning but nothing came up. I tried to switch it up and just added 95% instead of 10% because i wanted to see if it actually worked or not but still nothing comes up. Is the reason that nothing comes up because it will only show up if someone posts something during the time the snipe thing is active? I was under the impression that it like searched through current AH checking for underpriced items? if thats not the deal is there a way of using TSM to make it do that aswell then?

sniping is stealing items on the neutral AH. people put up things to transfer from horde:alliance for cheap as **** and buy on 2nd acc


Theres heaps of guides around here do a search, though they are from cata/wotlk, everything is the same.
