so, i wonder if its completly safe to exploit with test accounts, th 14 days free, or if they can ban the hole IP adress so i wont b able to logg on that either or, any1 could say if its safe or not :S?

If you get 100 banned trials, then I suppose Blizzard will mark your IP.
And yes, they can connect accounts together, but depends, I have around 30 banned trials and my main account is still ok.

Yes, Blizzard can IP ban you, hehe.
But they only ban in extreme cases, happened before.
And eh, since when changing your IP is a long process? Lol.

Ehm, I made many trials and got banned in all of them and now when I try to make new one I can't At my other account I can do them without problems.. If they marked my IP im doomed, since I use glider and they keep eye on me ;P

You can't make them all on the same email, not sure about IP.
I have around 50 banned trials and I can still make more. But I have to make different emails for every 10 trials, or so. Not sure exactly.
Although he's asking about his main account, and as I said, I believe that his main is safe as long as he doesn't overdo it.
