Transfer Char from Acc A to Acc B regardless of First/Last Name?

im just wondering if there is a different method than this (Migrate your characters from one account to another, REGARDLESS of first/last name) to migrate Characters regardless of first/last name.Would also pay for someone who can help me

The last names have to match up, so if you purchase an account, add it to real id on your main.. then you can see the last name and just create a new one with a different first name. You won't be able to get them to your main account. Just to another close in name battle,net.

If i just change the first name of the new battle.net account and transfer char to it,the account will be safe from a recovery of the original owner?

The character? Yes! You can even keep the original name, and just make the Secret question to your standards and they won't be able to touch it.

Sorry this isn't true.

On two separate occasions I have had a character removed from my account, back to the original owners account. Also on both occasions the account they were on had a different last name than the original account. Bottom line is if the original owner is persistent enough they can get their character back.
