    Ah, Good point. Wasnt sure because i thought the dwarf pants were a bit diffrent then what is show in there

    yeah they do have dif animations. but these data files in alpha arnt just models. and its very simple to swap animations.

    Since the models are quite different as well detail wise the new textures would not load very well. I guess you would at least get a rough idea of the model though.

    I saw a few female orc skins before. I'm doing something else with the files and will give the name in a few mins.

    6C5EE4CBC8429FEB21A81F002495F9A3 is one file name.

    i dunno if its obfuscation by blizz, or wrong export, or if its supposed to be like that, but a lot of files are exported as *.txt that arent actually txt
    so they are *.out files
    some of the magic numbers
    offset 0x00 char[4] "MD20" (m2 models)
    offset 0x00 char[4] "BLP2" (blp textures)
    offset 0x00 char[2] "MZ" (exe file; wtf are these files doing lol)

    additionally there are some other magic numbers I dont know, maybe someone could help out?

    offset 0x00 char[4] "REVM" what filetype is this?
    offset 0x00 char[4] "WDB2" what filetype is this? database?


    some of these REVM files have plaintext strings in them
    example

    if they are in .txt form, how do i turn them into a .m2 file? alo i came across a BIG problem. i extracted data files 00-05 and went through each sepratly aaaamd....they all have the EXACT same .blp files. **** blizzard.
