Is blizzard tripping on me? WTF

Hello guys and thank you all for wasting your time to read my story!
So today I woke up to the news that my account has been banned! Just payed yesterday the subscription and now that -.- . Went to check my email and I saw the following bullshit:

Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software

Blizzard Entertainment has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software.

These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.

Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to terminate access for conduct of this nature, with or without warning, as noted in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use:

Truth be told, I haven't botted for a year now. Only used a fishing bot last month for two or three days and I botted like 2 hrs tops... Could they ban me now for that? I mean that was like a month+ time ago??
It's true that I have played the last 2 weeks a lot - have been farming ores and herbs 10+ hrs/day plus other things - let's say I've been playing 18hrs per day each day(got nothing else to do this semster), but it was completely bot-free farming and grinding for leather and doing raids...
My question is what can I do now, what are my options? I don't see any time given for the suspension so I guess it's perma ban? Should I appeal, wtf should I do??

P.S Before paying with my card I used an unfreeze code for 1 day, because I thought I was going to pay with in-game gold. It wear off, so I payed with my card and continued playing problems-free. Haven't traded gold also for the past 5+ months simply because I didn't have any time to play the game and farm gold..

Their ToS/EULA is very clear. They can pretty much terminate your licence for any reason they want.

What you could do, is to contact one of the unban services here on OC (check trade section) and maybe one of those are able to help getting unbanned or change the ban to a 3 day suspension.

I'd appeal and play on how mad you are that you've been banned for legit farming, that you shouldnt have to worry about how much time you spend doing certain activity's ingame and fearing you'd get banned, that you'd liek to get back ingame as soon as possible, stuff like that. They'll probably reduce it to a 72 hour.

Unless ofc its for the unfreeze code and the email is worded wrong, someone else in this section also got banned for that this week.

botting is botting, fish botting is botting, jesus common...

It may have taken a while for the ban because they dont typically ban a botter asap.
They find a botter, and monitor the account to look for patterns they can use to help track down other botters.

I've heard many success stories of having bans reduced to 3 days,

Actually, according to your report, I am 99% sure, you were autobanned for excessive farming ores/herbs. Blizzard cannot check if you have done that by hand or by using third party tools, aka bots, but their servers are definitely running serverside scripts, which flags the wow accounts if they meet certain criterias, like spending alot of time farming ores/herbs on daily basis, and not using human activities like daily quests, dungeon finder, PvP, raids etc.

That have been already confirmed in several reports from the HB forums, even if the farming was manual, by hand.

My advice is again to appeal, and deny any usage of third party software at all, simply because Blizzard cannot prove so far.

A friend of mine got banned for Botting right before 5.4, I sent in a ticket saying how I was simply farming up for the patch and it was overturned. Ask them to check ur chat records n stuff so they'll see you weren't Botting.
