    Can I play PTR on a banned account?

    Hey!

    I have an account wich is upgraded to cataclysm, and it got banned like a half year ago.. Is it possible to open a PTR account somehow?

    I believe that you can, at least i can, had access to it before i got permaed tho so not sure if that affects it
