Wait... I'm confused... why are we all opening tickets? Doesn't the account closure email say why the accounts were banned? It should be common sense by now that if you use a bot or another cheat program, you're going to eventually get banned. No reason to open a ticket...

Because many people used PQR (third party program) on their main ACC and get banned altought everyone should be aware of that. And most people don't want to give up so easily.
I'd like to know more about this issue but I'm not user of any of this program so just gathering some info arround here.
And IMO if you were really using this program a lot, I wouldn't post any tickets now since they're answering like group of monkey to this case ATM.

Yep after my first ticket was declinded i think i will wait 1-2 months there might be hope of getting my account back without enough appelas and stuff
