Raf 70-85

Now that RAF is upgraded to 85 is the northrend spot still the fastest? Or is there another cataclysm zone that we can use?

Dungeons is by far the best

70-77 is pretty tough, then you can solo or via tagging kill in ICC those fallen heroes and 80-85 is best when you have 90char boosting you through dungeon. If you do not have, do quests and if your knowladge isn't good enough on those quests, dungeons might be the best way for you. Better with some premade.

Dungeons are great especially if you can go as a healer or tank. Even if that is not your main spec they are fairly easy to play and the queue times are faster for those roles because a lot of people don't like to play them leveling up.
