6 hours and still no email about ban. is it perma?

Just wondering if anyone else has ever had to wait this long=/. I've emailed them twice, and called numerous times just to have the line be busy.

Check your spam box. Sometimes your filter will pick it up as spam

I got a 72 hour ban once and didn't get the email for 2 weeks. (I wansn't banned for two weeks, I was able to log in after the three days, it's just that their email system sucks)
