transfering characters betwins wow accs. Same bnet account

Okay so here´s my question.

If i have a wow account under my battle.net account which is under my own name, and i merge a wow account thats not under my name to that battle.net account.
Will i be able to transfer characters to my own wow account from the one thats not mine?

No, Tried this before you need evidence of a name change or they both have to the same name or blizzard won't help you, tried everything

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we cannot assit with the transfering of an account bought by an other person to your Battlenet account as this would aid account sharing.

Once a World of Warcraft account has been bought and a name registered to the account, we are legally bound to see that player as the legal owner of the account and we cannot assist in transfering the ownership of the account.

Now, in regards to your transfer. As far as I can see from the tickets here, you're trying to transfer a character from one account to another. This is indeed something that is only possible if the names on the two accounts matches.
This is, as my colleague also mentioned, due to the fact that we can't support the sale, trade or transfers of characters between people.

I know that you say it's you that have been paying and playing for the most part on both of the accounts, however if there is two different names on them, it does mean that there is two different owners.
This is not something we can change, as an account is never to change ownership. Once it's created in one persons name, it's theirs for good.
