Any ideas on when Recruit A Friend will be back up?

Title pretty much explains what i'm trying to figure out.
I talked to some guild members and they are all saying around a month or 3 months.
Just when I find a friend to RaF, they take it away.
Anyways, is there any date or possible date as to when it will be back up?

It'll be quick. They want to bring people back after the loss of so many users. If they were smart they would update the scroll of resurrection too!

I highly doubt it would take them 3 months to bring a "important" service back up again, they will lose too many opportunities to get new customers, since most of the people that starts playing already knows someone else playing and they use RAF system.
My bet would be around 2 weeks, and 3-4 weeks MAX.

You'd think the smart thing would be to get it ready before yanking the old service so there isn't so much downtime.
