[help] Restoration of a soul-bound boe item via ticket?

Hello everybody.

Yesterday while fighting a rarespawn i accidentally clicked on my Sylvanas' Music Box (I accepted the pop up warning because i thought that i clicked on one of my just recently purchased tyrannical items). All in all just a honest mistake.
I wrote a gm ticket and today i received this lazy response.

I understand you've used your Sylvanas' Music Box and bound it to yourself. Having no use for it, you wish to get it unbound. I've taken the time to look through our game logs and see if it would be possible to unbind the item for you.

I know what it's like to use a high-value item by mistake D: However, when you use the Music Box there is a pop-up confirmation window that asks if you're sure you wish to use the music box. If you accept it becomes soulbound. Because of this it is not possible for myself, or any other Game Master, to unbind the Music Box.

If you require additional assistance with this issue please click "I Still Have A Problem" and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. However! If your ticket was answered successfully all you should have to do is click "Issue Read" to close out the ticket.

Now to my question: Is it worth writing additional tickets hoping for a different gm? How big are the chances of me getting the item unbound?

One time i learn a mount which i wanted sell.

The GM delete the mount on my account and send me the same mount on my letter box.

I made the ticket 20 minutes after learn the mount, and the GM told me if i passed two hours between the learning, he didn't restore the mount.

Yeah just submitted another ticket. Let's hope I get a friendly gm this time.
