Paranoid. Worrying over nothing?

So I just sold my first batch of gold to a site, I don't know if they are Chinese, Eurotrash, or from Jupiter, all I know is that the price was right.

1. I used a second account, bought a $5 Battlechest.
2. Made a level 1 char and invited to my personal guild to retrieve the gold. 150k.
3. Then traded the gold over to the buyer and deleted the character.

It's been about 6 hours and no email of bans or anything. Am I in the clear?

i got numerous trading accounts banned, they got banned from 1 to 20+ days since last trade so 6 hours means nothing.
I also traded as you did, via guild bank and once (only once in 2 years) my all accounts got banned. it was about 3 weeks since last trade.

basically, you cant know if and when are you gonna get banned so stop worrying and do your thing.

If guild bank trade you have nothing to worry about.

Well I used 2 Battlechests account to sell gold this week. The account that did the bulk of the trading got banned the next day. The second account did one trade for a small amount and got banned 2 days later. I'm kinda pissed about that second account as I was setting it up to be my main down the road and had lots of lvl80s on it so that one I'm appealing. Been pretty unlucky last couple of weeks as I've lost 4 accounts total. Nothing happened since MoP then suddenly 8-9 months into the expansion am getting banned left and right for botting and selling gold.

If guild bank trade you have nothing to worry about.

I used the gbank trade to retrieve the funds from my personal guild, but the trade with the buyer was done Person-to-Person.

I asked they buyer if I could deposit the gold into their gbank, but they said "its not much" and to do it Person-to-Person. Btw, I don't care if the Battlchest account gets banned there are no characters on it, I just don't want my MAIN to get the ban stick.
