You can have all NPC's even Unobtainable Pet's in your Journal or as a Enemy.
At this screen you can see TLPD is fighting a bug

What you need:
[Tool] Named "Cheat Engine" >Download it here<

It's not detectable don't panic
Only when you open wow before Cheat Engine but you will get this message [Blizzard just want to scare you ]:

Steps:
1. First Open World of Warcraft
2. Then Cheat Engine
3. Scan the number of your Pet in your Journal.
4. Change the value to the number of the NPC you want to have
5. Now the NPC is there but only Visual
6. Some NPC's take two battles to see it

nice find, but i dont see what you can make out of it, its only visual.. if it shown serverside in pet battles..that would be cool..but client side..uhmm..yea.. :/

i use CE sience years in WoW, not banned yet..so no..not detected..
a while ago you have to start first wow,login,then start ce because the "Cheat error" in Wow, but its removed & you can now use CE with WoW.exe how you want without the error-popup.

When you have used the "Speedhack Exploit" with Cheat Engine then it's normally.

that warning is old and removed at the offical wow.exe, so no - no warning message, only on old wow clients..
it count what you do with CE, not the CE alone.
if you exploit / dupe or something,than okay..bann..but if you only do visual things usw..
its not detected (warden like)
