Most of the duels look VERY staged, as they arent attacking half the time for one, run away, and over all just plain suck against him. if they arent fake hes very lucky to find the people he did cuz they are terrible.

If you noticed, they were mostly warriors, and the warriors are melee. So, all you have to do is stay just out of range of his charge and put instant DoTs on him....

what he did is run around in a circle the size of his dagger range, kept earthbind and flametongue down for the most part, the rest was getting off bombs and lightning whenever he could...from what i saw of it
