Very confused on how to save a raid lockout..?

    Hey all,

I ran a PUG of 25 man heroic ICC today, and stopped at 11/12. Now my Paladin is saved 11/12.

I'm looking to use this lockout every week to farm invincible. I'm going to get a huge group together, pay gold to the roll winner if invincible drops, and farm it every week. But I need to make sure I always have 11/12.

    How do I do it?

Very confused on how to save a raid lockout..?

You can't kill LK on the same lockout each week, once u kill LK, it will then been 12/12 and you will need to run it to 11/12 again when you want to run it again

No I'm sure there's a way of doing it. Like I can get the group 11/12 and then leave and logout and they'll still kill him 11/12 but I'll stay 11/12.

I don't remember entirely if this is how it works, but I'm relatively sure of myself. You need two accounts for this method, or a buddy willing to help you.

So what you do on Account A (yours) is you run 11/12 ICC, but leave before you kill Lich King. Then you go in Account B (friends), run into ICC, and accept the 11/12 lockout. Now he's saved to 11/12. You go on your alt on Account A (yours) and you kill LK. Your other toon is still saved to 11/12, so we won't be killing LK with him. We're going to go back on him, click O (by default), click on Raid Info, click on Icecrown Citadel, and click Extend Lockout. This will extend your lockout to next week, and then you can repeat the process.

I used to use two accounts and have a level 80 extend my lockout every week, and just transfer the lockout to my main and my other account, which both had a 90.

I ran 25 man heroic ICC today. So I killed the first 11 bosses on 25 man heroic. I killed them on my (shit geared) paladin. Can I do this?

Run into ICC with a friend in group. Friend gets asked to be locked in. Then, I leave the instance and logout, but I stay in the party. Then, my friend invites my hunter (good gear) and kicks my paladin. Then I go get a group of people, and we kill lich king, but my paladin never gets saved. I keep extending the lock, and can I go run this ICC 11/12 on every character i have level 80+ (I have like 5 or 6) every week?

What you would have to do is get your friend into the group like you said, have him accept the lockout. Then, invite your alt, and you accept the lockout. He leaves the group, and you form a group for LK. Kill him on that toon. Then get back on your friends toon and keep doing the same process with all your alts.

Again, not entirely sure if it works like this, but I believe that's how it goes.

    Its easy:

    1) You log on your character with your ID (and extend it if necessary).
    2) Invite a friend/invite your second account.
    3) Set to 25man NORMAL Raid.
    4) Give your friend/alt lead.
    5) Log on your main/an other alt.
    6) Now let your friend/alt invite you and leave.
    7) Now enter ICC, set to HEROIC, accept the ID & kick your alt.

Maybe its necessary to wait one week at the first time, since you got an heroic ID.
I did wait 1week back at 5.3 release, just to make sure.
