You will also get The Old Seer from Chen Stormstout, which is completed in Kun-Lai Summit, where you will meet Seer Hao Pham Roo. Chen will then give you the quest Path of the Last Emperor, which is fairly funny quest to do and gives a nice ilvl 502 reward, which led to my just re-forged boots to be disenchanted After you finish this climb, you will get the title by finishing the quest (if you did the weekly first!) and a nice scene
