SoR Issue

Hi,

I recently purchased a SoR account, merged it, and accepted the SoR, got the gametime cata free, but I cannot boost any character, I click on history so I can claim it, but doesn't show anything and it's been like that for an hour or so, I don't understand, I can't exactly put a ticket it, has this happend to anyone else?

i'll quote one of SoR sellers:

"Important Tips
1*Remember not to claim any free trial or gametime to active the acc before you got SOR worked or you can’t get the rewards, Some idiot had a try and wasted the SOR eligibility ! its your responsibility if you wasted it!"

It's not wasted, It clearly has SoR, as it states:

Just It won't let me boost anything, I've done it before, I know the procedure, just its going weird now.

well, i wouldn't advise contacting GM
i contacted them once to ask if my SoR boosted character could be reverted so i can boost another class and BAM- SoR license banned due name not matching battle.net

but seeing you didnt get anything from that SoR You lose nothing contacting them even if it gets banned and you can get nice GM who will fix it, who knows

Yeah, I don't really want to contact a GM, I will give it until tomorrow, If nothing, then clearly something is wrong, and I will need to, and as you said, If it gets banned, nothing gained, nothing lost :P

If you bought US SoR, its very dangerous, a friend has the same problem, (he accepted 10 days trial cata), a GM (with a request) got him a lvl 80, but 3 days after his account was locked and he received one mail - to unlocked we must provide ID card or the game licences.

Write a request to contact a GM, you lose nothing, they see this situation a lot of time. I hope you will get your char

Well, I got an email this morning, stating the account closure, but the reason was for Economy Abuse? Is that what they always say? I don't see why they gave that excuse, anyway, I was given a replacement SoR account by seller, funny enough, same shit happen, cannot boost anything, so whether is a bug or something, but its extremely annoying, not really getting anywhere
