copying char to PTR doesnt work

hey i went to battle.net / account then clicked on my PTR 1 , clicked on PTR char copy but it returned me to account menu.
Its maybe because my main account is currently temporarily banned?

Try logging out and clearing your cookies, sometimes, the site is bugged.
Also, did you already copy 4 characters? If yes, then you can't copy more. Four characters are max number of characters which can be copied during a testing phase.
Also no.2, I'm not even sure if you can copy banned characters anymore. I do remember that you could do that in the past but maybe they fixed it.
