Hey there Pickle,
sorry if this question has already been answered but I must know. If I'm botting on the same pc on a completely different Bnet account but I also play on my main bnet account on the same computer is there any chance that my main could get banned if the bot account gets banned?
Thanks.
edit: another question haha
what would be the best process of transfering the gold from the botted bnet account to my main bnet account that has the lowest chance of me getting caught.
Thanks again.
1.)What feature was missing from the bot you used, what feature would have been a big help for you?
2.)What was the main, greatest source of your gold income? Selling gathered ores, or something else? Did you sell it in the AH or elsewhere?
3.)How did you monitor your bot sessions, did you use any tool for that? (warnings, chat activity and stuff)
4.)Opinion on the bot called "The Noob bot"?
5.)Any lessons learned, tips for future botters?![]()
First question: Yes, there's always that chance. Just bot smart, you'll be fine.
Second Question: Have a global guild bank with your accounts. As sketchy as that sounds, it's never failed me.
1. For me, a more constructive way to edit a "Combat routine" on the fly. Say I just want to run around casting one ability, there's no easy way to do that without building a bunch of prerequisites.
2. My greatest income came from leveling guilds to 25 and selling them, back when they went for 100-200k a pop. I could bust out an army of 10 x 85's and level one to 25 in a week. Then turnaround and sell it for a pretty penny (not to mention all the coin from stuff along the way). Probably about 300k/week with minimal effort.
3. I have always used TeamViewer (free and can be used on a mobile phone).
4. I've never used it. I can't vouch for it nor could I deny it's abilities as a bot. If it works, use it and know your risks.
5. You can read through this thread and get all the tips you need. I've literally answered everything thoroughly and to the best of my knowledge. One thing I always advice is "Bot against the masses". Find your own niches. Bitches love niches and earn your riches from dem niches.

I'm free tomorrow night if anyone wants to learn how to build honorbuddy profiles, very basic. I will stream it.
I'll announce it when I do.

I put a hold on the profile streaming for now, thanks for the compliment.
Gold safety, in my experience, relies on how you rotate your bots. Just deposit into a global guild bank. That's ultimately the safest way to accumulate your gold without worrying about "in game large mail transactions".

I have honorbuddy and I have 2 90's with no professions. What is the best way to get started making gold? I'm a noob to the game so I don't know what shuffling and all of that is.

Hi, I was just curious about using the same computer with two accounts (botting)
One account is a starter account and im levelling that to 20by botting before I buy the €4 Battlechest
My other account is a level 85 and it is using gb2 to farm
Is this safe to do or is it stupid ?
Tips would be appreciated
No questions here, just read through all the posts and have to say this was very informative! Thanks a bunch! +rep
**EDIT***
I actually do have a question. Earlier in the thread you said you used to sell level 25 Guilds with 999,999,999 gold for $800-900 a pop. But that's dated now, right? What would be the current selling price for a level 25 guild (of course not including the million gold)?

Don't do things to others that you would not want them to do to you.

Sorry if any are repeats - I've been going through page by page...
-I have 2 bnet accounts, my main one and this one that i plan to bot on. all from the same IP. Will I get IP banned if i get caught and not be able to use my main/legit bnet account? its never been banned before...ever.
-I plan to CRZ over to a rp-pvp realm - so no real CRZ is involved. Is this a good move?
-If i have a gbank on my main bnet account - invite my botting toon to it and let him keep making deposits, will this trigger a ban for both accounts?
-My biggest concern is losing my main account - i planned to do the botting over night, CRZ'd as mentioned - do you feel this is safe? or should i only do it during the day, using team viewer, and stopping every 2-3 hours for an hour or so?
Hey Sniffing,
what's the best way to run 2 copies of WoW with diffrent graphic settings ?
(I want to play my main acc per hand and another acc, on minimum graphic settings, should bot in the background)
- if i use one client i have to change the settings after each crash/relog
- If i run 2 copies sometimes everything mixes up and my addon buttons on the main wow client will disappear, even when i rename the .exe files of the copies
- with a VM the loss of performance would maybe to high (?), because im only running a notebook (i7-2670qm, gtx570m, 8gb, windows 7)
thanks in advantage

Sorry, was at work all day and didn't feel like typing, lazy tuesdays ZZZzzz...
Anyway, answering your questions:
- You'll be fine, check back the last few pages, I talked about it.
- That will not trigger a ban for both accounts, although you should use logic with it. Invite some random noobs too. Make it a "casual leveling guild", it's easier
- If you EVER have a fear of losing your main account, don't do it. Spend the extra $20-30/month to keep yourself safe with a completely separate bnet.
Don't run the battle.net launcher. Just make a .bat file with predefined load files specific to that account. Google around, you'll figure it out.
