How to successfully claim my acc was hacked for extra items?

Hey there

So I have account A, and have had it for many years. I recently bought a new account, account B, for a very good price which had 400k+ gold and then spent the gold buying a Spectral Tiger, and sold it to a random person for real life money with profit. Before I traded the Tiger, I put it on account A to secure that I wouldn't get scammed or something from the old owner of account B. I did everything so far from the same IP, yet how likely will I succeed to claim that either:

account A was hacked, so that I get another spectral tiger or:
account B was hacked, so that I get the gold back.

And is there a chance that they will take back the tiger I traded to the person who bought it for real life money?

What I will do though for the "hacking part" is to have my friend log in, change password and then go nuts deleting everything and sending it to a random player I guess.

So you sold the tiger, and then your going to get hacked after it was sold? Dosent seem like it would work. If you had thought it through you would have had your account with the tiger hacked while the tiger was on it, then sold the tiger and then petitioned to blizzard that you got hacked. However the tiger would then be removed from the buyer and you would be scamming him out of however much he spent on the tiger. So its probably better that you didnt even try as scammers are not looked upon nicely

And you really think Blizzard isn't going to notice WHEN the IP change occurred? You think they'll just go ahead and do a restoration on things that happened BEFORE your false compromise?

Dont play with fire.. Since you werent banned for buying another account, buying a 400k mount and then transferring it to your main, youre probably getting the banhammer if you cry wolf and claim youve been hacked.
