    Scammed on paypal

So some days ago I was scammed by a gold buyer, I traded some gold with. He claimed the money he sent me throught paypal and in the process of discussion in skype I got his confessions that he scammed me. I emailed that to paypal, as a possible evidence, because I read a lot about those scams and I know that chances to get my money are not very high but still I wanted to try.
So this morinig I received an email from paypal tellin me that they need to know what I traded with the guy for further assistance. If i tell them what I traded with what will happen? Contact blizzard and get sued? Because I have a registration on Diablo 3 with the same email and my real coordinates (where i live, phone number etc etc).

If you really think Blizzard would sue you for selling gold, I really don't think you should be selling gold.
Anyways, no, Blizzard will not sue you. PayPal won't even contact Blizzard.

PayPal doesn't support the selling of virtual, intangible items. So, you can try, but good luck.

Try to avoid stating that it was a trade involving intangible goods. However, there are numerous ways to getting your hard earned money back other than stating that they were tangible goods such as filing an unauthorized claim etc.

Agreed. However, PayPal tends to side with the seller in the case of intangible goods.

Man ppl get scammed for 1000+ $$$ each day and nothing happens, the reason why is that ppl are using stealth PP accounts. Players who are selling gold should learn how to make them...

Well you create stealth account using VCC ( virtual credit card ) thus not linking your main account, your real name and stuff like that. There are some good sites that can rpovide services. Some take insane amount for services, but some take decent amount, 20%. Many will say even 20% is a lot, but considering that even if they claim money back you can just ignore it sincegoing into negative balance wont be a probconsidering that PP account was made for only one purpurse...Hell at one point I had 50 accounts and im from a country that doesnt have ability to create account...
