Asking for advice on becoming qualified seller.

I admit right off the bat, I have been a long time lurker on this site, checking it out off and on, and not getting too involved. I realize that having built up no rapport or reputation makes it difficult for me to even try to sell my account here, now that I finally need to. It is just the one account, I don't have plans to become involved in the business, though I considered it in the past.

I do not ask for any special exceptions, but I do ask what I can do to become qualified and acceptable enough for my account to sell in the appropriate sub-forum. This seems like the best place online to make such a sale, after all.

Vouches help, middleman services help, ID verified helps.. In the end, feedback is all you got basically. No feedback - you give account info first if the buyer has feedback =) But middleman services is best way to go

Thank you for your feedback! I want/need to sell the account sooner than later, so I guess a middleman would be the only way to go about that? Do you have any recommendations on who to ask, or where to ask for that? I don't think requesting middlemen works in the buy/sell forum, or does it?

What xander said. Most people that buy gold (big ones like xgamer) do account purchases too so its worth a shot to poke them. Even if they wont buy they can tell you who will =)

I talked with a middleman on skype eariler, I showed him anonymous armory of my two major characters... he said that I probably won't get much of anything for the account, but honestly anything is better than nothing. I'm going to go ahead and post it in the proper section.

Also wondering, if I were to upgrade to Pandaria and simply lvl my characters to 90, would I get enough extra money to compensate for that, or probably not?

Just a few things affect your account price: Gear (includes past legendaries, but not a lot)
Achievements (The more the merrier, rare ones like Scarab Lord boost your account price by default, regardless of what you have on it)
Mounts (a lot)
Titles - somewhat, big ones affect it.

Most of the time you think you have a valuable account when in fact its worth $50-$200. =)
