Wintraded character and future

I would like to do review in some facts . I have wintraded my character ( 85 level ) to 2420 rating EU server . I have already leved it to 90 . I had been using HB and with some questing profiles . I think , I was not reported , because I was checking it very often via Teamviewer . Now , I have 2420 rating and green gear ( some items from 85 :/ ) I think , I could be in gap of 5% players which will be receive Hero of The Horde . I´m playing in noobish ladder and that is my problem :/ . Will be Blizzard / GMs check iLVL or another staff before giving HoTH ? I have exam weeks now and I am not able to fam gear up now :/ Also Honorbuddy and BGbuddy is so risky to turn on even with reviewing nowdays . What should I do ? Season will end in 2 weeks and I´m in trouble . I can lie to blizzard that I had bought kind of boost . If they will do deep investigation I´m in deep .... . Any ideas ? :-)

Are you even in the top 5% with 2.4?

pretty sure the cut off is over 2.7 (judging by the last guy there), i have a 2650 and wont get it

As for the question, i doubt you'd get banned, just not awarded the title, even if you say you got boosted, they'd still know you wintraded.

Yeah, a 2400 rating wont be giving you anything blizz would care about. Ratings are to high in your bracket for you to worry

I think yes ... My friend which is on arenajunkies ( 4x gladiator and 2x first in ladder ) has 2600 . He told me he will receive that for sure ... First one in table has 3800 and last one 2792 ( everyone over 2500 is wintraded for sure ) example : Lerilla @ Kargath - Community - World of Warcraft ( 89 level even ) , and many more .... These guys have blue items ... Another have already bought Elite gear :-)

If the last guy on the table has 2792 and you have 2.4k, you are 392 rating lower than him and nowhere near the top 5%, unless they just purge every low level and over 3ker.

i doubt you're friend will even get it, unless he's hovering at almost 2.7k

Just adding some info to this conversation, to get HotH / HotA you need to be in the top 0.5% of the BG not 5%. HUGE difference
