Valor points will stay when 5.2 hits

In case you didn't know already, there is just announced on MMO-Champion that valor points will stay when 5.2 hits, so be sure to get your cap. Also said that if you have 0 valor points now, there will be time to get the cap @ 3000 before 5.2 hits. So better get your cap. :-)
