Interrupt Hacking is working currently in Mists of Pandaria wtf!?

I was doing some arenas with friends and I encountered this guy is 100% using Interrupt hacks. I didn't even know this was still a thing in MoP....Here's some evidence:

my favorite comment on youtube is "It's PQR or ikick, found on ownedcore for free, basically its like tmorph but instead of changing your gear you can interrupt people." i forgot how similar the two are.

I've definitely seen it in arena a few times. While it's good for interrupting...and pisses me off when I'm trying to juke a cast...it also can instantly waste your interrupt cooldown and therefore it can be used against you...not really the best method for succeeding...
