How to check from which IP am I connecting to WoW? (not usual IP check)

Hello,
I am using a VPN right now to hide that I am connecting from Poland, but it seems that while on the website checks it turns out ok (connected from Germany), in WoW it may be still showing me connecting from Poland (I made a ticket on bnet and GM responded that my ticket was posted from Germany, but I am still accessing WoW from Poland). So I may find the better VPN or some other form of hiding my connection, but for that I need to know if it works, so

is there a way for me to check from which IP I am currently connected to WoW?

Tracemyip.com -> What does it say? If it says Germany, try to open OPENVPN as admin :-)

Yeah thats the thing, on those kind of websites with IP checking it shows german IP address, but I am not sure if it is working the same for WoW? Like above: the GM said that my ticket was created from Germany, but I am still connecting to WoW from Poland? Is it possible that this VPN that I am using is working only for browsing the internet, etc. but not for WoW?

I am using this one: https://switchvpn.net/ and still they say that they see that I am using some sort of 'proxy'. Maybe you guys know other VPNs which will show me as a 'normal' german IP? Would appreciate it very much.

Edit: Oh and its PPTP VPN I am using right now. Should I use the Open VPN instead?

To change it, use a free VPN service such as hotspot shield

One of the best ways to see info about your connection is X-NetStat Pro. It shows the most detailed info about your connections, I haven't tested it in such a specific case, but it never let me down.
Also, a good VPN software/service is HMA! (hidemyass). Their software allows you to lock down the game to VPN connection, and if the server you selected fails for whatever reasons, it won't allow the game to connect without VPN. Has a bunch of other cool features too.

X-NetStat Pro trial used to give you full features, but limited to 14 days, so I don't think you even need to find pirated version.
