Will they be in the Elite guide section or the regular one?

Can anyone give me any information as to how often and how good the quality of elite only items is? (This isn't me asking for any information that actually in there atm, this is me asking if it's worth me purchasing an elite subscription)

I'm debating subscribing, as I really want to see a few of these skill-capped vids but thinking would I be better off just subscribing with the skill-capped site.
