Just page through the Elite Guides section. I know Skillcapped guides and videos have been posted there several times already. I'm not sure if they are up-to-date but if they aren't then just ask the original poster to kindly update them.

Take a look in the elite section, when i had donor a couple months ago i know there is a couple of free skill capped accounts floating around. Log in, rip the videos, and log out.
