What do u think about this ban?

i have 2 wow accounts in my battlnet: A and B.
Pre 5.1 i used an exploit to enter xp-on bgs having my xp turned off....Twink time-Fun Time.
This exploit has been fixed with 5.1 so no longer possible (important keep in mind)
and thats the story:
12/04 account B got a 3 hrs ban
12/07 account A got a 3hrs ban
12/08 account B got a 72 hrs ban
12/12 account A got a 72 hrs ban
12/18 account B got permabanned
guess im waiting for account A permaban.

the reason for all these bans its always the same:
Type of Violation: PvP Arena/Battleground Exploitation
Details of Incident: Exploitation of PvP Battlegrounds and the honor system.

And after a little talking i was given this answer: "The reason for repeat suspensions is that there were repeat offenses" and "However to try to clarify if no further violation of our terms of use occur you should not have any further action taken against your account - of course I can't guarantee that a mistake might not happen in the future, but we do strive to avoid mistakes at all times."
That was after the second 3hrs ban.

I used the exploit pre 5.1----all the bans are after 5.1---no violations after 5.1---What the **** is going on? any idea?

if you dont have an authenticator attached to any of those account you could play stupid and say you were hacked and that you found a RAT on your pc and just got back from holidays or something, change your acc password and contact blizz that you have been hacked and your accs are locked and you have no idea what is going on, play stupid like you just got back an hour ago or so to home to find this, even better say you were away in another country for last 2-3 months or something like that and you were not able to login, you know bussiness trips do happen, if you have authenticator then i dont think you will get your accounts back unfortunatly

altho you might want to wait a week or so if you contacted blizz recently about suspension to make it look like it was hacker who didnt cared for the account and stopped trying after a while, then you come in with your ticket and there is a chance blizz will lift a ban, just make sure that you indeed say RAT virus since if some1 is accessing your PC throught this the IP is the same as you would use, yes play stupid but do it with some thought into it

My exploit had nothing to do with arena or rated bgs, i used it in 80-84 bracket with my twinks...nothing special

Ill try what nazgul said as i do not have an authenticator....what sounds strange to me is the whole process of banning btw...makes no sense, and if i remember right i never used the exploit on account B but it still got banned...dunno
